1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bte99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bte99 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bte99.app.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any other translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bte99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active bte99 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bte99 is a platform for adults only. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification

bte99 enforces strict age verification procedures. At the point of registration, you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. bte99 may, at any time, request documentary proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, bte99 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on your account.

2.2 Parental Controls

If you share a device with minors, we strongly encourage you to implement parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms. bte99 is not responsible for unauthorised use of an account by a minor where the account holder has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the bte99 platform — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a bte99 account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one bte99 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, all balances being forfeited, and all pending withdrawals being cancelled. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact bte99 support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. bte99 shall not be liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bte99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bte99 will treat any person who successfully logs in using your credentials as you, and any bets placed or transactions conducted through your account will be binding on you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bte99 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bte99 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bte99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with its obligations regarding identity verification and responsible gaming. You may be asked to submit copies of your NID or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot confirming ownership of a bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of your bank. bte99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bte99 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

bte99 aims to process withdrawal requests within an average of approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification checks before funds are released. bte99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where verification is outstanding or where a withdrawal triggers internal fraud or responsible gaming checks.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

For security purposes, bte99 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. For example, funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash number. You may not withdraw to a payment method or account that does not belong to you.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bte99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of third-party software to exploit promotions, and coordinated play between multiple players. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive bonus play voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the bte99 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and jackpot products.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bte99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — bte99 follows standard industry rules for the settlement of cricket betting markets, including provisions for rain interruptions, match abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments. 6.2 Live In-Play Betting

7 User Obligations

7.1 Prohibited Use

The following uses of the bte99 platform are expressly prohibited. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any bte99 software.

7.2 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bte99 content without explicit written permission.

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bte99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bte99 will process any pending withdrawals of available real-money funds and permanently close the account. Any bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion disables login, suspends all marketing communications, and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 Termination by bte99

bte99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Any behaviour that bte99 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is terminated by bte99 for a breach of these Terms, bte99 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending an investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bte99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bte99 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of betting opportunities arising from technical downtime or scheduled maintenance. bte99's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
